All my friends are complaining to me that they are getting sick of the World Cup. Now, they can no longer go shopping or do anything at all because their husbands are glued to the TV, waiting for the World Cup.
Each of us understands the meaning of being a World Cup widow. We have to eat our meals alone, go out shopping alone and sometimes sleep alone if the match happens late at night.
